User Agreement for Hivora
This User Agreement governs your use of Hivora and takes effect on June 2, 2026. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and account use
You are responsible for using Hivora in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You may not use the app to violate the rights or safety of others.
2. Community content
Hivora is intended for sharing dance-related videos, captions, comments, and profiles. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it is lawful, respectful, and appropriate.
3. Prohibited behavior
- Posting objectionable, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or unlawful content.
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or exploiting other users.
- Attempting to bypass moderation, safety filters, or app restrictions.
- Using the app to distribute spam, malicious links, or deceptive material.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Hivora may provide tools to report or block users, videos, and comments. Content or accounts may be limited, hidden, or removed when behavior appears to violate these terms or platform safety expectations.
5. User-generated content
You retain responsibility for the content you create in the app. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it within Hivora.
6. Uploads and review status
Uploaded posts may be marked as under review before broader visibility. Hivora may apply content filtering and safety rules to uploaded titles, descriptions, and comments.
7. Availability
We may update, refine, or limit parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always behave identically across devices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hivora is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for every purpose.
9. Termination
You may stop using Hivora at any time. We may limit or terminate access to protect users, enforce platform rules, or address misuse.
